Truro Folk Dance Club is holding a special Folk Dance. Live Music is being provided by four of the country’s Top Folk Musicians who come together from various bands to play as The Oxford Nags. The Oxford Nags is a four piece English ceilidh band based around Oxfordshire and a bit of Hampshire. They play stonking English tunes for stonking English dance.  The band is Nina Hansell fiddle, (PolkaWorks, The Bismarcks), Sandy Shallis, melodeon (Tinker's Ditch, Sandy Shallis & Tim Howes) providing the glamour.  And Andy Turner, concertina (Geckoes, Magpie Lane) and Gareth Kiddier piano (PolkaWorks, The Watch, English Contra Dance Band) behaving themselves.

Callers for the evening will be Frances Oates and Beryl Jukes.

Bring and Share supper. Raffle. Admission £7 on the door.

First Class Nationally Known Musicians and Well Known National Callers coming together in Cornwall for one evening only. Not to be missed.
